note to self
it IS the right thing - to lay your cards on the table without flinching. what do you have to apologize for? nothing, that's what. no matter how you might be judged for telling the truth, or for what that truth is, at least it IS the truth. no one can humiliate you because mistakes are a part of every life and candor about that is refreshing, not embarrassing. no one can accuse you of being less than honest and, best of all, most people have their own list of stupid and some of it makes you look like a freakin genius!
