For supper tonight, I made toasted Tuna & Egg salad sandwiches to go with a homemade soup that I made from summer, early fall squash (acorn, banana & pumpkin).
The soup was thick and creamy and spiced lightly with a pinch of nutmeg and cinnamon; with a bit of sea salt and honey, too. The soup was delicious. Sandwiches too.
Will probably make an apple pie tomorrow afternoon.
But I feel like making cookies tonight (oatmeal, walnut, raisin):
I'm having a serious sweet tooth craving tonight.
