I really don't like ....
(and it is becoming a serious pet peeve, and I recognize that)
... being hung up on.
I would like there to be an actual ending to the phone call, yes it's old fashioned, but I would like a Goodbye or Bye or Bye Bye ... Something.
Do not just hang up the phone ... It makes me crazy!!!!
I have noticed since working in a call center and taking a 1,000 (not really) calls a day, it gets under my skin really super quick now.
I just really don't understand why we have become a society that cannot use simple manners, like saying Goodbye.
It's not hard. It's not a long word.
It's even a word that can be shortened to Bye. Really.
