I had one sitting in my shoe album (yes, I have a shoe album, don't judge me!). It's not easy to see, but it's a multicolored music staff with the notes to "Here I Am, Lord" inscribed inside.
The shoes are BCBG Patent Peep Toes, for anyone who might share my obsession with los zapatos!
