May you feel the energy of the earth and relase stresses and un needed emotions which can harm the spirits free flow.


I ask now that the devine elders and loved ones,
Now stand beside, around and with you in your journey.
And may they help direct your energies at this time to heal.

May Earth, Air Fire and Water, work in harmony now.
And synch together around and within.
And begin the transformation of heath within and around you!
