I stopped at the Carniceria on the way home from work. picked up arrachera, tomatoes, jalapenos, cilantro, onions, garlic and corn tortillas. Just finished dicing up, tomatoes, onions, jalapenos and cilantro. Mixed it all together in a bowl and set it in the fridge. I'll do the meat up later when my stomach hollers hungry to me.....so, guess what I'll be having for dinner tonight? Mmmmmmmmm
