Now my friend IS without power and the latest news says her area 8 miles or so from Balto....the next 12 hrs. will be critical . 28,000 are without power where she is. And apparently she can't get texts either...
My sibling and his Cat Team is on the ground in Raleigh... heading into NYC and NJ...ohhh boy....stay safe, please...
