it has been 177 days since i smoked a smoke and i've been having a hard time lately, ... wanting one. there's that something inside me that says, ... go on, smoke one. you've worked hard. you deserve it.

i know that's like the "devil" talking to me LOL.

i'm not going to smoke one!
