Dear Admin,
Do you remember a certain time when a certain someone was wrecking havoc and being diligent virgos some preliminary research was done to understand the nature and behaviour of internet trolls/forum trolls/ the concept of trolling in general?
Might I kindly suggest that this be something that is included in your operating procedure and guidelines on how to handle trolls... at
a) an administrative level b) as a moderator level and c) as a community/membership level.
