I had a Stouffer's frozen dinner - breaded chicken and mashed potatoes with gravy - the meal was 340 calories. I usually dont like frozen dinners, but this was so good, I scarfed it down in 5 minutes. lol

I then had a strawberry shortcake flavored yogurt for dessert (90 calories).
