I made a lovely carrot cake one time and a friend phoned up to see what me and the gf were up to. Nothing much, come on over and have some carrot cake! She did and bought a wee something to drink with it. It was a bottle of Mumm's champagne. Oh. My.
Can highly recommend carrot cake and champagne on a Saturday afternoon
