Youtube's pretty easy to work with. Choose the video, select the url, paste in the post deleting everything from the http to the = sign and if it has 'feature + something or other' attached on the right you can take that out too but leave the core of the addy, select that and click the youtube button above and to the right of the format buttons. Preview it to make sure it works. Wala!
