I suppose quality control in statistical sampling and modeling will always be an issue. Getting to the "center" would be dependable on variables such as environmental conditions (humidity, moisture), speed of licking and of course the ever important dimensions/diameter of "human licking machine", etc. Definition of "Center" is also open to descriptive variables (almost at the edge, full edge on, etc.)

While the world may never know how many licks it takes....when she screams out like gangbusters you sure will.
