My beautiful fiancee, who has some mad cookin' skillz, is cooking New Years Day dinner of roast beef, "One Eyed Peas" (as Pop calls 'em) with rice (aka "Hoppin' John", Southern style), cooked cabbage, sweet corn, corn bread and beverages (sweet tea).

My toes are all curled, of course.
