I do the same thing, kinda. Being at the age of that hot flashes occur, I turn off the furnace at night so I don't wake up due to heat....Consequently, I do often wake to to a brisk 55 cool degrees in my house....Makes me not want to get out of bed...coffee over rules and I race to the thermostat and turn it back on
