Beautiful morning! Crisp and cool but not cold. Another day of 70 degree temps!!! Sorry everyone, but I do enjoy this warm winters.
Warming up the smoker and about to slow smoke a bunch of pork. Shoulder, but, hock, sausages and even a hen. 8-10 hours from now will be mouth watering succulent pig! Yummmm
