Okay so I've had ol' Edna thawing out in the fridge for 2 days now; Edna is a hen, don't ya know. So today, ol Edna went into my big 6 qt crock pot along with some diced tomatoes, red potatoes, fresh carrots  , green beans, garlic, onion and some other secretive type spices and now ol' Edna is the centerpiece for a chicken crock stew!
