baby roasted potatoes with garlic and green onions, and cheddar melted at the end.. baby spinach salad with strawberries, blue berries, walnuts and Parmesan and a raspberry vinaigrette, and maple rotisserie roasted pork tenderloin, i don't usually like cooking for just me, today i felt like it
