I'm still holed up in my client's lobby and not likely to get home anytime today...there's over a foot of snow accumulated against the floor to ceiling window next to me. The plows are very consistent in their endeavors... I have fallen slack, however and stopped clearing off my car every so often...I figure the snow will still be there regardless...sleep seemed more important. And staying dry is paramount when you don't have a dry change of clothes...

I hate to be one of THEM....but....this is New England at it's rawest...I'm rather relishing the return to the old days when winter was truly WINTER...I do feel for all the animals out in the elements...but this is what nature is all about. Good to know global warming hasn't done so much damage that we won't have a real winter any more.

A very heartfelt thanks to all those who are helping make this storm manageable. I've heard the fire trucks going out every so often during the night. There are so many people who don't get to take the day off and just hibernate Thank you to them
