I know little of how classical music is arranged; most of my knowledge is "I like that" So, here goes:

Schumann, Piano Quintet in E Minor (but anything of his)
Debussy, String Quartet op. 10
Grieg, String Quartet in G Minor, Op. 27

In reality, all of these composers are my very favorites, even if I can't name a piece offhand (or I know it from Bugs Bunny ).
