Still hammering away at crossfit. It's been kicking my ass. I will say I've only missed one workout in the last month. Every morning is something new and that's pretty cool. Some of the stuff I just can't do. My gym doesn't have rings and probably every 10 days the work out calls for rings and I have to ad lib. I can't do double unders, [nomedia="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2TfjmxeUsIs"]YouTube- Double Unders demo[/nomedia], but I keep trying. And one day I'll be a big dog.
