If yours screw open at the bottom and top, they're vivi novas, you just unscrew swish around in water, *very* gently squeeze the silica threads without pulling on them, dry the rest and re-assemble - voila! takes about a minute tops. I just cleaned 7 or so of them last night.
If they have o-rings instead of unscrewing, just pull and give a little twist - kind of like how you'd wiggle a cork - after that, same cleaning rules apply
