[Contessa]

I have a large pork roast in the freezer that I will be thawing, slow cooking and sharing. Most likely with red potatoes, carrots, celery, onion rosemary, garlic, seared first in salt, pepper and lots of fresh pressed garlic..Bay leaf thrown in whilst simmering. Simmers in chicken broth. I may throw in some fresh mushrooms as well. Might make a little salad for pre-supper. Already have home made bread (oat/wheat/molasses bread- similar to Steak and Ale's bread but BETTER) to toast up w/butter..anyone hungry??
