I have been focusing non-stop on my business lately, no slacking at all. I need to focus on the journey I am on with this business, perhaps not so much the tiny minutia of day to day operations.

I have 2 new employees, just hired last week, starting work tomorrow. Time to get my big-girl panties on and be the real boss! I always try to make my word count, and to be accountable.
