Hang Son Doong (Vietnamese- hang sông đống : cave-river-mountain) is part of a network of 150 or so caves under the Annamite mountains.
The water from the Hang En River and the Khe Ry River combine to form this cave, creating a passage more than five kilometers long, with some passages as wide as 90 meters, and over 250 meters high.
This enormous cave is now the world’s largest cave, high enough to fit a skyscraper in and wide enough to park an Airbus-380.
