Hi Loren,

The tobacco flavor are cartomizers, not a bottle of the liquid. Do they still need to steep or set for a bit? I got all of my starter supplies at vapor4life.

I'm looking at Heather's liquids now...do they tell you how long each liquid should steep or is there a standard time to steep for all of their products?
