Make sure that if you carry on any juice bottles, that they be less than 3 oz and go in your quart-size bag of liquids. (I put my spare filled tanks in there as well.) We just got back from vacation and did that, and had no problems at all. We didn't try to use them in the plane, though...we didn't want to incur any misplaced wrath from our fellow travelers!
