ps - the phrase "lie back and think of England" was reportedly first stated by Alice Hillington in 1912. In practice, if someone did want to take me up the ruf, I'm not really sure I'd think of England. I'd likely be more interested in ascertaining whether the pink fluffy handcuffs restraining me actually suited me or not.
