Letting my dad take the lead in our project.. (actually my project, he's just taken over..)

I was bitching about it to my love when she said something that struck me as truth..

He is your dad.. He is always going to see you as his lil girl.. He is always going to try to teach you.. He is always going to have to be the *Boss* and you be the *helper*

So.. we are now doing it my dad's way.. and it's taking twice as long..

BUT...

I got to thinking.... My dad is around to frustrate me, to crank me out, to slow me down... And I am grateful for it..
