Tonight I made a Jewish recipe (or a spin on one) commonly served for Passover (the Jewish Easter

I had a wholewheat matza (unleavened bread, like a large square cracker) with a mix of apples, horseradish, chopped walnuts, and redwine/balsamic vinegar (called charoset, pictured -not mine- below). Normally red wine and honey would be added but I skipped those because I didn't have them around

. It was good.
