At dinner every night, me and the kids list 5 things that made us happy that day.
I am grateful for:
1. A dog that loves me and is sitting on my feet as I work from home. (I love him even though he barks way too much!)
2. Making a decision to go see the tulips tomorrow with the kids. The decision alone made me smile.
3. Having a job I enjoy that allows me to work from home at times.
4. Talking to a dear friend on the phone about spirituality.
5. The way taking a deep breath feels.
