I often wonder HOW Phillip ever got into special agent training,They must have needed help real bad or someone pulled strings to get him in.
Yeah,what he did in the pool was really didrespectful of the people who run the resort,cleaning a pool that sise will be costly.Contestants like him could cause ill will for the crew of the show,heck I would be verrrrry cautious haveing anyone back on my property that did such a nasty thing.Now we can watch the show without his moldy presence.
