wearing:
a comfy nightie + a Black satin wrap-around robe
(with tiny pink flowers)

drinking & eating:
I made a little late night picnic for myself:
tiny little sandwiches on pumpernickle bread
with a salmon and cream cheese filling, an apple,
a small bag of mini-pretzels, a bottle of apple cider
and a bottle of sparkling mineral water + napkins

something I was listening to late last night:

a favorite quote:
“Happiness is beneficial for the body, but it is grief that develops the powers of the mind,”
~ Marcel Proust

smell like:
faint traces of a potion of Lavender, Jasmine & Y'lang Y'lang

something good:
I bought a box of wax paper and crayons
and made some rather lovely pieces of art:
I made several hanging window ornaments
that look like little dolls... so that when the sun
sets through the windows (where I hung them),
the colorful imagery of their shadows will spill onto
my work desk

leaving for:
I am going to settle in for the night
and watch a good movie (Sunflower, 1970)
and enjoy my late-night picnic supper.
