yesterday...I cooked a chicken in the crockpot..started it on low early in the morning...infused butter with herbs and spices (chives fresh from the garden!) and put it under the skin...and in the juice...came out nice and juicy and tender...
made rice on the side....
Planning to make soup with the leftovers...adding veggies and a lovely brown and wild rice mix that I actually got for the dogs...but I loveeee wild rice....
