This is the eGo 900 mAh battery (not a variable voltage device):

This is the Kanger T3 clearomizer (similar to a cartomizer in function, but you can see through it and it holds more liquid). These T3's are bottom coil and you they do not have the sponge material/batting or a wick like other clearomizers. The piece beside the clearomizer is a replacement coil head for it. These come in different colors, not just clear. They are awesome!
To fill the T3's , you will need this type of bottle or bottle cap (needle nose) or a syringe. They are available through most online vaping stores:
