Default Just for starters....

An early morning parent-teacher conference where I was told how much the staff appreciate my 10 year old daughter for being kind and helpful to other students. Apparently should she find herself an orphan there is quite a long line to adopt this kid.

The school egg drop competition this afternoon and the fun that will be had!

Looking up from my desk and there at my office door was a former co-worker I had not seen in 12 years.

Going out for lunch with above co-worker and sitting at an outdoor cafe under beautiful blue skies and warm sunshine. Our last meal together had been splitting a ripe mango sprinkled with cinnamon while dangling our feet over the side of a half-sunken boat in Samoa.

Watching the breeze bobble the heads of the tulips about. (Can flowers gigggle? These seemed to be!)

Lemonade with a touch of vanilla, star anise and mint.
