Five acre lot ,old farm house, old barn ,two acres are riverfront. I really think it would work nicely and give me the kind of life I want.
Seven private and nice spots would pay the mortgage in a weekend.
Once the house is finished , yank the wiring and be done with the campground if it got annoying or Hire a handy host so it would hardly ever be
that annoying
