Roast beef, parsnips, glazed carrots, curly kale, sweetcorn and some form of potato, mash or steamed, not decided yet.
I bought a big enough piece of beef for dinner and slice cold cuts for sandwiches through the week. My aim is to not eat a slice every time I go to the kitchen so there is at least enough left for a decent sandwich tomorrow
