Already simmerin' in the crockpot...
roast with fresh mushrooms in a brown gravy
I will add the red potatoes & carrots when I go home at lunch so they don't get too soggy 
spinach salad with almonds, feta cheese & raspberry vinagerette
topped off with a glass of merlot
