--I practiced a bit of yoga in the early morning hours
--- I played hostess, for awhile, when my son's girlfriend came over today
---- I've had two cups of coffee, while reading & listening to music
----- I just made breakfast for myself (baby red potatos, scrambled eggs)
------ In between all that, I've managed to get a project off the ground
------- Will go for a walk this afternoon, maybe down to the river
-------- Before today is over, to call my mother and visit with her.
