I made...
Kielbasa sauteed with half a shallot, then glazed with barbecue sauce...
Icky boxed scalloped potatoes..cuz I forgot we didn't have any real taters...but I made them in the oven...still never buying them again...like ever
Roasted parsnips drizzled with olive oil and seasoned with Trader Joe's everyday spice (but I over cooked them...sigh)
