My Director smiling and waving me into her office. She is the most amazing Director I have ever had. She is always there for me no matter what. She appreciates my candor and honestly about how I feel about work. She loves my input and really appreciates the hard work I do.

That is what keeps me coming into work on days that I dread dealing with others.
