I made a "dish" my Mim liked to make for us. It's very basic but it's comfort food at it's finest.
I took a ground turkey patty and fried it in a pan...seasoned it with garlic powder.
Meanwhile cooked some plain white rice (bad I know...lol)
Mixed together on a plate with salt and pepper...voila Typically, I would add green beans...but I wanted it the way Memere made it...
