Seeing a sweet little doe lazily crossing a side street...I turned around to make sure she wasn't injured in some way..and she was just meandering down a fire road...she turned to look at me when I stopped...and her ears were tall and perky...I could see her pondering whether or not to high tail it... she stayed and I left her be...just happy to admire her from afar..
