So far, today, it's been nothing but use my brain day (mental olympics):
I've not kicked anyone into another galaxy; I've not cussed out one single soul; I've done nothing but contemplate how to expend all my pent up energy and have decided that going swimming, late tonight, is the best possible exercise to soothe my heart, body and soul.

My eyes will only dwell on one beautiful star in a constellation of many.

That's my Zen exercise plan for tonight.

*** it's still unbelievably gorgeous here today
(upper 70s to mid-80s durning the day,
upper 50s during the night) ***
