Including..
Ham, artichokes, black olives, sweet baby carrots, sweet red pepper, cherry tomatoes , Italian blend cheeses, with poppy seed dressing.
Pretty tasty, my concoction !
However, the green color was missing, cause I forgot the steamed asparagus in the microwave..ooops!
Oh and in the middle of all that chopping, I managed to get a pound cake in the oven, so some sliced strawberries can top it! And then I sat down to watch the basket ball game...
