..... I'm trying to make cinnamon rolls but I don't seem to have a measuring cup. And, the cinnamon is freshly ground but I'm wondering if there are a variety of cinnamon barks as this one smells and tastes 'different'. Then, there's the brown sugar which seems to taste heavily of molasses. They've turned out okay but not good enough to take into work ..... perhaps, I should make my no-fail peanut butter cookies. Anyhow, I'm scrambling up a couple of eggs to go with the above cinnamon flop and that will be dinner!
