I took a couple slices of diet bread and put on a baking sheet in the oven with ham and cheese on them to toast open faced sandwiches. Once they were out I added a little bit of mayo, some lettuce, and onions. With it I had some grapes, and celery and carrot sticks.
All day I cut up greens, celery, radishes, onions, carrots, and good things for salad. *Smiles. Tomorrow I will be cutting up pineapple, watermelon, cantaloupe, nectarines, oranges, grapes, bananas, and strawberries for a fresh fruit salad. Ya know I think I could get used to this eating healthy thing if it is always like this. LOL! I definitely am NOT hungry!
