Happy 4th!
Grilled burgers with a three chile honey relish, pickled red onions, monterey jack sauce on a bun. My potato salad. Red, white, and blue tortilla chips with salsa verde. (I got the salsa verde for free with an ecoupon!) Hot BLT dip, that has a lb of bacon, mozzarella, fontina, and cream cheese...all melty in the oven and garnished with lettuce and tomatoes.
For dessert we are making vanilla ice cream and adding crushed pineapple, coconuts, pecans and walnuts, and maraschino cherries.
