Typically, I try to work out 5-6 or so times a week with weights thrown in 3 of those times. It just ain't happening. I have lost my drive. It is hard when there is only so much time in a day to give 2 hours to the gym.
So, my plan is on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays (possibly Sunday), I will do one hour of cardio. On Tuesdays, Thursday, and Saturdays, I will do an hour of weights.
The above I think I will follow through with.
Anyway, today I did a hour of cardio and did only 45 minutes of weights yesterday.
